Oy Helsinki Chartering Ab was founded in 1986 and is member of BIMCO and the Finnish Shipbrokers Association. Our main activity is Shipbroking; dry cargo chartering, sale and purchase and ships clearance. In an increasingly competitive market our aim is to serve our customers, whether they be charterers or owners, with the spot market as well as future market developments. This concerns both shortsea and overseas shipping markets. We are working with all categories of dry cargo vessels from coasters upto capesize vessels. Thanks to our geographical location, trading in ice with commercial and physical matters related thereto is one of our strong fields. With a well-trained experienced staff, Helsinki Chartering is able to create solid shipping contracts. We are not only focusing on commercial items but also concentrating on friendly customer service based upon highly recognized shipping ethics.
